Why are we discussing COVID-19 and COVID vaccination? Because there are indicators that many from the medical community and some governmental agencies will attempt to repeat the madness seen in 2020. The general public must do a better job in taking full responsibility for their own health and that of their families. We must be better educated on facts related to these issues. We must push back against the “Deep State” and other groups with a sorted agenda. 

In the midst of the planned-demic, we received false, misleading, deceptive, and confusing information from many governmental agencies. In my honest opinion, the CDC (Center for Disease Control), FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and the NIH (National Institute of Health) were criminally negligent in how they handled the entire COVID-19 fiasco. How can or why should the American people trust them in doing a better job here in 2023? 

We the people must not let our state governors lock us up again. The churches and businesses must stand firm against the lies and misinformation that forced church to close their doors and business to go out of business. We must fight against the tyranny! (Dr. Leon Threatt)

It appears that the vaccine is a greater threat to health than the virus. “The “vaccine” is by design and intended as a weapon to reduce world population by hundreds of millions if not billions of people to a more manageable size under a totalitarian regime.” (Dr. David Rasnick)

The return & the response must begin with the Church!

• Pastors must personally live, proclaim and lead in righteousness! If you are not living it, repent. “Treasures of wickedness profit nothing: but righteousness delivereth from death” (Proverbs 10:2 KJV). “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people” (Proverbs 14:34 KJV). 
• Pastors and church leaders must lead in righteousness, not agreeing and aligning with unrighteousness. I recently heard of a local church that hosted a community event that aligned with organizations that pushed, communicated and agreed with unrighteousness. Wickedness, unrighteousness, and non-biblical ideologies are beyond politics. It’s kingdom. There are somethings the Bible makes very clear and we must never come into agreement with any lie that violates the truth of Scripture.

The DOJ is alleging that Mr. Trump orchestrated a conspiracy against the U.S. government during the two months leading to Jan. 6, 2021, the indictment says. Remarks: I strongly believe this is the next step by the Deep State/Muddy Swamp/Criminal Left to attempt to disqualify Mr. Trump from running for President. If the opponent of a questionable election has no right to question the legality and acceptability of the election, who does? The battle for America is not a natural fight! It is not one of flesh and blood, Democrats over Republicans, Liberal against Conservatives, the rich and the poor, nor white against black. When a nation forsakes and forgets God, yes, the only true and living God, they open themselves up to the darkness of hell that once resided in the land.

In spite of all that, I believe there is still a window of hope for the restoration and preservation of America. 

I began today’s session with the statement, “I believe we can still save America!” I firmly believe that nothing is too hard for God! America has wrestled through many other difficult days. The Revolutionary War, Civil War where nearly 700,000 America’s were killed, Reconstruction, Segregation, Jim Crow, Rebellious 1960’s, USSR, and Cold War. I believe we can recover from our waywardness and wickedness if we return to righteousness NOW! If a significate percentage of the American people and its leaders repent and turn to the one and true God, it will demand courageous leaders and fearless patriots standing, proclaiming, and living in righteousness before a holy and just God. Almighty God made a promise to King Solomon and the nation of Israel, recorded in Second Chronicles 7:14, and I believe He would honor that promise to any nation. (Dr. Leon Threatt)

It is so very evident that children are a target by the forces of hell. From the womb to adulthood, the enemy is going after our children. The greatest assault of darkness is coming against the children, from abortion to gender mutilation to kidnapping or trafficking.  

Hell came against the children during the days of Moses’ birth by Pharoah king of Egypt. “Then Pharaoh gave this order to all his people: ‘Every Hebrew boy that is born you must throw into the Nile, but let every girl live” (Exodus 1:22 NIV).

Hell sought the destruction of the babies during the time of Jesus’ birth by King Herod. “When they had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. ‘Get up,’ he said, ‘take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.’ So he got up, took the child and his mother during the night and left for Egypt, where he stayed until the death of Herod. And so was fulfilled what the Lord had said through the prophet: ‘Out of Egypt I called my son.’ When Herod realized that he had been outwitted by the Magi, he was furious, and he gave orders to kill all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity who were two years old and under, in accordance with the time he had learned from the Magi. Then what was said through the prophet Jeremiah was fulfilled: ‘A voice is heard in Ramah, weeping and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because they are no more" (Matthew 2:13-18 NIV)

We are witnessing this evil assault in the season of the coming of Jesus Christ. Judgment came upon Israel and Judah for their sin of offering their children to Molek and Baal. Recorded in Jeremiah and Ezekiel, Israel and Judah were judged in part for what they did to their children. “…They built high places for Baal in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to sacrifice their sons and daughters to Molek, though I never commanded—nor did it enter my mind—that they should do such a detestable thing and so make Judah sin” (Jeremiah 32:33-35 NIV).

Jesus valued the children! “Then little children were brought to Him that He might put His hands on them and pray, but the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.’ And He laid His hands on them and departed from there” (Matthew 19:13,14 NKJV).

“But whoever causes one of these little ones [smaller, voiceless, few, innocent] who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea” (Mark 9:42 NKJV).

(The Washington Stand, May 1, 2023): “On April 28, Montana Governor Greg Gianforte (R) signed into law SB 99, a bill that prohibits puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and genital-mutilating surgeries for minors. A similar bill was sent to the governor’s desk in Oklahoma on April 27. Both pieces of legislation passed their respective state legislatures by a wide margin, signaling the broad public support that these types of laws are receiving despite intense pressure from left-wing activists to torpedo the bills. In Montana, in spite of the use of highly dramatic language by a transgender identifying representative that earned him a censure, and despite the necessity for police to arrest several protestors and clear the state capitol in riot gear, the state House and Senate easily sent the measure to the governor’s desk by votes of 65-33 and 31-17, respectively. In Oklahoma, where a group of around 150 pro-trans protestors descended on the state capitol in early February to denounce an early version of the bill, the state senate easily passed SB 613 last Thursday by a vote of 38-8. My Perspective: We are witnessing corporate bullying from the authoritarian left. Many are fearful of discrimination lawsuits. The corporate settings are being forced to comply with “diversity training” and “sensitivity training.” In this, white people become less white, and black and brown people are declared the perpetual oppressed. Fearful of woke blowback, many corporations and individuals comply less they be deemed a racist. These fringe groups who are a minority in numbers have managed to have a very loud voice. What’s happening? This small minority group of radicals are gaining ground to re-normalize the nation and change what is normal. Right is now wrong and what has been wrong is now called right. How can we change back to the truth of what is normal? 

My Response: No matter what “woke” or wokeness was originally constructed for it has become a cult like system based upon its moral, social, and political beliefs and theology. It has become a voice of political correctness and has slithered its way into every arena of our society. It hides behind colorful and inviting terms such as social justice, diversity, inclusion, equity, and more. This invading cult rewards those who comply and punishes those who refuse. This cult has made its way deep into the corporate arena and people are hired and fired based on compliance. Our criminal justice system has been overrun by its twisted ideology where patriots are criminally prosecuted for not baking a cake for the wayward. It appears that the wokeness movement has morphed into a huge assortment of all the fringed leftist groups from the Black Lives Matter movement and Critical Race Theory to the LBGTQ extremist.  

What do all these groups have in common? They are all anti-God movements. The new god is one of social justice, tolerance, and acceptance. The God of the Bible is forgotten, seen as antiquated and intolerant. They all have their roots in Marxism, socialism, and communism. This collective mindset is attempting to create a utopia without the Divine Creator. It did not work at the tower of Babel, and I’m sure it will not work today. “Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain? Remarks: I have heard on a number of occasions from my dear friends in South Africa, Philippines, and other locations that what happens in the United States of America impacts the world. The spiritual, moral, social, and political decisions made here at home have become public policy in much of the world. No clearer witness of that than what is happening in South Africa. The wokeism began here in America and now the good people of the world must ward off the evil intent of it. Be assured this cult like theology and ideology of wokeism will continue to attempt to encroach upon the rights and liberties of the American people. We too are having to push back the darkness that’s entrenched in this wickedness of wokeness.  

“So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them” (Genesis 1:27 NIV). 

“For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse…” (Romans 1:20-32 NIV). 

“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance” (Second Peter 3:9 NIV). 

Our sincere heart’s desire is to see lives saved and set free from the assaults of darkness. We, like the Most High, take no pleasure in the death of the wicked. We purpose to speak the truth in love that those held captive by the enemy might find life and freedom. (Dr. Leon Threatt)

I believe America as a whole is at a crossroad of life or death or blessings or curses. “Behold, I set before you today a blessing and a curse: the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you today; and the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the Lord your God…” (Deuteronomy 11:26-28 NKJV).

Joshua, Israel’s Commander, gave them and us a charge. “Now therefore, fear the Lord, serve Him in sincerity and in truth, and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River and in Egypt. Serve the Lord!…But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord”(Joshua 24:14,15 NKJV).

Those who know, believe, and trust the God of the Bible must lead the nation, states, and communities back to truth. We must speak the truth, speak it often, and speak it with clarity. We must not hide away in our homes or churches. The light must confront the darkness. Those who are gripped by the lie of darkness have been deceived, and we who know the way must lead them to Him.  (Dr. Leon Threatt)

Can America be saved from sure destruction? Will America be spared? These two questions will be examined on this week’s Threatt Report. I have given these questions much consideration and prayer.

What has gone wrong with the United States of America? How have we fallen from our most noble mandate of taking the good news of Jesus Christ to the nations to being the world’s leading distributor of pornography? 

Have we forgotten the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence? “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness—” We, who were founded on the principal of defending and protecting life, promote the killing of the child in the womb.
